Terms of service
These Terms form an agreement between you and Bimly ("we") when you use bimly.net, app.bimly.net, or any related service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, don't use the Service.
Bimly is in open beta. Features, limits, and pricing may change without notice. We'll do our best to announce material changes in advance.
1. Your account
You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for anything done under your account. If you think your account was compromised, email us immediately.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant Bimly a limited licence to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you and your invited collaborators. We will not sell your content and will not use it to train third-party AI models.
You're responsible for your uploads: you need the right to upload them, and they mustn't infringe anyone else's rights or applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or its security.
- Upload malware, illegal content, or content that infringes IP.
- Scrape the Service or use it to train AI models.
- Use share links to distribute content outside your lawful rights.
- Resell or sublicence the Service without our written consent.
4. Free and paid plans
While in beta, all usage is on the Free plan at no charge. Paid plans (Pro) will be introduced with their own pricing and terms at launch. Tax and regional billing details will be disclosed before any charge.
5. Availability and support
The Service is provided "as is" during beta. We target best-effort uptime but do not provide an SLA. Support is offered via email on a reasonable-effort basis.
6. Termination
You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or where we believe operation would create legal risk. We'll give notice where practical.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Bimly is a tool. Your professional and legal obligations (e.g. Revit interoperability, compliance, contractual deliverables) remain yours. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bimly is provided without warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (zero for Free-plan users).
8. Changes
We may change these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the marketing site or via email to account owners. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the change.
9. Governing law
Japanese law governs these Terms. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
